Arkansas State Fair unveils new traffic pattern for 2025

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Officials with the Arkansas State Fair announced a new traffic pattern for the 85th annual event set for October 10–19.

The updated plan is aimed at improving safety and easing congestion, officials said.

According to a spokesperson, vehicles will no longer be allowed to pass in front of the Main Gate and loop under the bridge to park.

Guests wishing to park in the North Lot across Roosevelt Road must approach traveling eastbound on Roosevelt and turn right into the lot, while westbound travelers will be directed to turn right on Schiller Street to access the South Lot near the South Gate, officials said.

“Our goal is to make arrival and parking as safe and efficient as possible for all visitors,” said Tiffany Wilkerson, State Fair President & General Manager. “This change will keep traffic moving more smoothly, reduce congestion at the Main Gate, and improve the overall fair experience.”
