SLED charges Aiken man with Lottery Fraud

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WJBF) – An Aiken man is behind bars for allegedly stealing winning lottery tickets and cashing them in.

According a news released from SLED, 24-year-old Semaj Tyerek Fuller is charged with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets.

The alleged incident happened on January 22nd, 2025.

Authorities say Fuller stole scratch-off tickets from one gas station in Lexington County and cashed them in at another.

He was arrested on October 5th and booked into the Lexington County Jail.
