Check your numbers: Winning lottery tickets sold in Lexington, Morehead

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Kentucky Lottery announced that two winning tickets were sold in Kentucky on Saturday.

Saturday’s winning Powerball numbers were 7, 25, 37, 39, and 63, with the Powerball being a 1.

LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

One ticket was sold at Walmart in Morehead, and another was bought at E-G America in Lexington.

The lottery office said both tickets matched four white balls, but the ticket sold in Morehead added the Power Play feature, increasing their winnings from $50,000 to $150,000.

The Kentucky Lottery advises the winners to:

  • Sign the back of their tickets
  • Keep them in a secure location
  • Claim their prize within 180 days of the date of the drawing

Winners are asked to make an appointment to claim their prizes at the Kentucky Lottery headquarters in Louisville by calling 1-877-789-4532.

The Powerball jackpot is currently estimated at $139 million; the next drawing is scheduled for Monday at 11 p.m.
