Jazmin Linda Flores Gratreak, 22, and Jesus Fernando Ibarra Ibarra, 19, both face charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and third-degree assault, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives began investigating the case in April 2024 after receiving a report from the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS).
“The report indicated possible child abuse involving the parents of a seven-week-old boy who had been taken to a local hospital after sustaining serious injuries,” officials said.
The couple is being held without bail in the Clackamas County Jail.
