Ellisville man killed during crash in Magee

MAGEE, Miss. (WJTV) – An Ellisville man was killed during a crash in Magee.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 49 North and the Walmart traffic light on October 8, 2025, just before 4:00 a.m.

Magee Police Chief Denis J. Borges said the driver of one of the vehicles involved, Cory Chancellor, died at the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
