GasBuddy is an online website and app that tracks gas prices across the United States and Canada.
According to the website’s latest report, the average price of gasoline in Indiana was around $2.99 a gallon as of Monday, October 6.
These prices are 11.3 cents lower than last week and 18.1 cents lower than this time last month.
Gas prices are also down by over 10 cents a gallon compared to a year ago.
According to GasBuddy, on Sunday, October 5, the cheapest station in the Hoosier state was priced at $2.52 a gallon. While the most expensive reached over $4.00 a gallon.
The national average price of gasoline also fell slightly to $3.08 a gallon in the last week, 4.7 cents cheaper than a year ago.
