One adult, five kids hospitalized after Hillsboro two-car crash

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A two-car crash in Hillsboro Saturday night left six people hospitalized, including five under the age of 18, officials said.

Just before 7:30 p.m., crews with Hillsboro Fire & Rescue responded to Northeast Cornelius Pass Road at Northeast Cornell Road on a report of a serious crash involving two cars.

Authorities said first arriving firefighters, along with a technical rescue team, found six people injured, five of which were minors.

They were all taken to a hospital for treatment.

No further information, including the cause of the crash, has been released at this time.
