Fulton County man arrested for rape of minor

A Fulton County man has been arrested on a rape charge. Forty-year-old Arthur Oneal White of Salem was arrested Tuesday.The case files have been ordered sealed by the judge, so no information about the case will be released. The felony statute White is charged with indicates the victim is under the age of 14. It is a class Y felony, the most serious crime in Arkansas not punishable by the death penalty.
White is being held in the Fulton County Jail with bond set at $500,000.
