The Wolves’ senior running back turned 23 carries into 225 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught two passes for 51 yards and a third score.
“He kind of carried the team on his back in a hard-fought win. You know, we had a couple running backs down. I had a fullback go down. He played extremely well and really pulled us through. Didn’t get a lot of breaks on the sidelines,” said St. Paul’s head coach Ken Sears.
In St. Paul’s 3-1 start, Corales has totaled 640 yards rushing with 6 touchdowns. He’s averaging around 9.5 yards per carry.
“They’ve given me a lot of chances to make plays recently, and the offensive line has played great. Tight ends have played great, and we just keep building on that,” said St. Paul’s running back Cody Corales.
Corales currently holds offers from schools like Southeastern, Nicholls, and Northwestern State.
