“Chicken & Blues is about culture, community, and an economic lift for our city,” said
Pastor Charles “CeJay” Johnson, festival organizer.
The festival will take place on Saturday, October 4, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with gates opening at 1 p.m., at LSU Shreveport. The festival is full of events and activities on a near-hourly basis from open to close.
“We’re grateful for the continued support of our partners and the City,” Johnson added.
