According to police, Feiss entered Hip Hop Fashions, at 3134 11th Street, at 5:53 p.m. and pointed a gun at the clerk, demanding money. Police said the clerk went to the back of the store, and Feiss left the scene.
A short time later, Feiss went to the Dunkin’ Donuts at 3329 11th Street, and robbed the store, taking money from the register, police said.
Feiss was apprehended minutes later, and authorities found both cash and a gun on his person.
He has been charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, and outstanding warrants.
