On Monday, Sept. 29, the Prince William County Police Department issued a Missing and Endangered Adult Alert for Lester William Voss II. Investigators said he left his home on Ambroke Court in the Manassas area around 6 p.m. on Sept. 24, and may have been driving a 2015 Volvo V60 with the license plate, TME-1705.
In an update on Tuesday, Sept. 30, Prince William County police said Voss was found dead in Baltimore on Monday afternoon.
Police believe that Voss went missing under voluntary circumstances, but may have needed assistance.
His death is now under investigation by the Baltimore City Police Department.
