NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Jessica Williams and half a dozen members of her family had flown from Chicago to New Orleans, to celebrate her birthday.
They were about to wrap up a night on Bourbon Street and head back to their hotel early Sunday morning, Sept. 28, when an argument nearby turned into a shootout.
Wiiliams, 33-years-old, was killed and her younger sister was wounded.
