Unless you’re brewing your own coffee, finding a great shop or cafe in your area can sometimes be a challenge.
However, some U.S. cities seem to have more luck than others in finding a good cup of joe.
A new study from WalletHub
WalletHub used the data to rank each city 0-100, with high scores being the “best.”
Landing at the top of the list was Portland, Oregon, thanks in large part to the extremely high number of affordable coffee shops throughout the city that are all rated at least 4.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp. The city also has the most coffee and tea manufacturers per capita in the country.
Next on the list is Orlando, Florida, which ranks high in the number of highly rated area coffee and also has the most donut shops per capita in the country, in case you’re looking for a sweet treat to have with your morning coffee.
Long Beach, California is ranked at no. 3, followed by Miami, Florida, and then Seattle, Washington, where Starbucks was created, rounds out the top 5.
Here’s the full list of the top 25 best cities for coffee lovers in the U.S., according to WalletHub.
