
Organizers said beignet lovers can expect a wide variety of beignets with more than 40 takes on the New Orleans treat, as well as vegan, gluten-free and non-beignet options.
The 2025 menu features the return of Loretta’s crabmeat beignet, which was the 2024 judge’s choice winner.
New offerings at this year’s fest include a spicy chicken beignet from Southern’s, seafood and boudin beignets from Lillie’s Cajun Kitchen and gumbo beignets from Catered To.
Festivalgoers can also expect familiar favorites from previous years, including plantain mochi beignets from Asian Outdoor Kitchen, crawfish beignets from Any O’Cajun and a ruby beignet trio from Ruby Slipper with sweet heat chicken and beignets, ube yuzu beignets and cochon tasso cream beignets.
According to the festival website, the full food lineup includes Any O’Cajun, Asian Outdoor Kitchen, Blue Runner, Cafe Beignet, Catered To, Chubbie’s Fried Chicken, Diva Dawg, Divine Cuisine, Happi Pappi, Jessie’s HuckABucks, Lillie’s Cajun Kitchen, Loretta’s Authentic Pralines, Mima’s Cuisine, Oh Taste & See, PJs Coffee, Ruby Slipper Cafe, Southern’s, Squeezy Street, Sweet Legacy, The Vintage NOLA, Tiger’s Creole Cuisine, Tropicalganza and Valerie’s Snoballs.
In addition to the food, festivalgoers can look forward to live music performances from singer-songwriter Marc Broussard, Rebirth Brass Band, Jeffrey “Jellybean” Alexander presents KINDRED, Imagination Movers and The Prism Project.
