A former Customs and Border Patrol officer pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography on Friday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced.
Prosecutors say that the BCA received a tip about someone uploading child pornography to Kik in 2022. The Kik ID was linked to 52-year-old Anothony John Crowley.

Investigators found more child pornography on Crowley’s electronics.
At the time of Crowley’s arrest, he was a Customs and Border Patrol officer, but prosecutors say he has been suspended indefinitely.
Crowley will remain in custody until his sentencing, which has not yet been scheduled.
