SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A Caddo Parish woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for her role in a robbery turned attempted murder.
Police say 20-year-old Jeshaiah Ashanti Rambo pleaded guilty to her part in the October 2023 attack.
Rambo lured the victim to a location with the promise of a sexual encounter. Once he arrived, Rambo’s co-conspirator, Deontae Horton, attempted to rob the victim and shot him multiple times.
For his part, Horton also pleaded guilty and received a 15-year sentence in August.
Rambo was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Fernando Grider Jr.
