Magazine lists Owamni amongst most influential U.S. restuarants

A Minneapolis restaurant is being touted as one of the most influential U.S. eateries of the last 20 years.

Owamni earned a spot on Eater magazine’s all-time Eater 38 list.

The downtown hotspot, located just off South First Avenue and Fifth Avenue, won a James Beard award in 2022 for best new restaurant.

Customers can enjoy a range of seasonal, Indigenous dishes at the restaurant.

Eater says Owamni’s food asks customers to consider their roots and how they weave “into the tapestry of food, people, and power that make up these complicated, ever-changing United States.”
