Open window causes Delta to abort takeoff at MSPNo injuries were reported.
A Delta flight bound for Las Vegas suddenly aborted its takeoff at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Wednesday morning due to an open window on the airplane.
A spokesperson for Delta tells 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that 155 people were on board and no one was injured in the incident on Wednesday morning.
Passengers were boarded onto another plane, which departed for Las Vegas after the initial plane returned to the gate.
At this time, it is unknown what caused the window to open during the flight but the company called it a “mechanical issue in the flight deck.”
