Firefighters reportedly discovered the front of a one-story house on fire before bringing it under control within 10 minutes of the initial 911 call. Both occupants of the home escaped without injury before the SFD arrived, but two dogs had to be rescued and received lifesaving care.
According to the SFD, the cause of the fire has not yet been determined, but investigators could not rule out “discarded smoking materials as a contributing factor.”
