A witness said he saw three men running down the street, with two in front and one behind. One of the men turned and shot the third man, identified as King.
Later that day, court documents state that Iglesias told police that he was present during the shooting.
He said that Andrew Michael Fisher had run off with a bag of marijuana and that he and King followed him. Iglesias said that Fisher shot King and then he drove Fisher to Cambridge.
Court documents state that Iglesias changed his story and said a woman drove Fisher to Cambridge and he rode along.
The woman was interviewed by police and said Fisher mentioned shooting someone during the car ride.
Fisher was sentenced to 12 years in prison in August 2024.
