Shooting on Eleanor Drive leaves one dead in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting on Wednesday.

According to officials, officers were called to a reported shooting on Eleanor Drive in Baton Rouge.

It was confirmed that the East Baton Rouge Coroner’s Office was called to the scene.

No further details were immediately available. This is an ongoing investigation.
