The Arvest Foundation has awarded a $5,000 grant to Arkansas State University Mountain Home to support its Women’s Leadership program.
Arvest associates joined Scott Copeland, president of Arvest Bank – North Arkansas, to present the grant to program mentors.

“On behalf of the Arvest Foundation, we are proud to support educational initiatives that strengthen our communities,” Copeland said. “It’s an honor to partner with ASUMH to help talented women in our region achieve their professional goals and shape the future of business.”

The Women’s Leadership program is a selective mentorship program designed to help students build confidence and self-awareness through one-on-one mentoring, group discussions and community activities.

Tera Payne, a program mentor, said the grant will provide additional scholarships and leadership opportunities for participants.
