
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Two men were hospitalized following a shooting in the Plum Orchard area on Wednesday, Sept. 17.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, around 11:15 a.m. they were alerted to a shooting in the 4400 block of Wilson Avenue.
Responding officers arrived to find two men suffering from gunshot wounds. They were taken to a hospital by EMS but an update on their conditions were not released.
No further details are available at this time. The NOPD is in the process of gathering evidence and information to determine a possible suspect and motive.
