Gassville City Council to consider agreement for city attorney services


The City of Gassville will hold its regular City Council meeting at 6 on Tuesday at Gassville City Hall located at 204 South School Street.
The agenda includes a second reading of Ordinance 2025-08, which outlines the duties, responsibilities and compensation of the city attorney.




New business items include first readings of ordinances on sewer lift station fees, electronic fund transfers, adding cybersecurity and internet policies to the personnel handbook, and amending Ordinance 2025-05. The council will also consider the 2025 millage rate, an agreement for city attorney services, and declaring a vacancy for the Ward 1 Position 2 council seat.

The meeting is open to the public.
