Motorcyclist, 44, dies after crash in Salem

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A 44-year-old man is dead following a motorcycle crash in Salem over the weekend, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to the crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle near 6400 Ganon St. SE just after 3 a.m. on Saturday.

The rider, Zachariah Brown, was pronounced dead at the scene. No arrests were made, and an investigation remains ongoing.

“The Marion County Sheriff’s Office extends our condolences to the family and loved ones of those involved during this difficult time,” MCSO said.
