Clovis rally unites hundreds for MADD walk against DUI

CLOVIS, Calif. (KGPE) –  Hundreds gathered Saturday morning to try to end drunk driving for the ‘Move with MADD’ walk in Clovis.

The event was organized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving and was held at Dry Creek Park.

Families who have lost children, siblings, parents, and friends raised money and walked to honor victims and survivors of impaired driving.

CBS47’s Kathryn Herr was the emcee of the event.

Clovis Police have planned a DUI saturation for Saturday evening. So, before you head out, make a plan to get home safely, either with a ride share or a designated driver.
