According to a news release from the Muncie Police Department, Chris Cook was arrested on initial charges of aggravated battery and attempted murder in relation to the reported stabbing.
The release said that Delaware County 911 dispatch received a report of a dispute at a home in the 2800 block of South Brotherton Street at around 3:51 a.m. on Wednesday.
When officers from the Muncie Police Department arrived at the home at that time, the release said that an “ongoing dispute” was not seen by officers.
