LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said a Mississippi County woman had a “life-changing” lottery win.

Officials said Robert C. won $200,000 on a $10 Psychedelic Payout scratch-off ticket. He presented the winning ticket to the lottery claim center on Tuesday.

Robert told officials he plays the lottery regularly, usually with $5 to $20 scratch-offs.

“I thought I only won $20 at first and was excited to see more zeros following the initial 20,” he told lottery officials.

He bought the winning ticket at K & M Food Mart in Bassett, a small town with a population of 200.

“It was cool, a town so small, you wouldn’t think a big ticket would be there,” Robert said.
