Golden Alert issued for missing diabetic Kentucky man

MARTIN COUNTY, Ky. (WOWK) – Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man.

The KSP Pikeville Post says a Golden Alert has been issued for Earnest Dingess, 73, of Warfield. He was last seen leaving his home on Dingess Road around 7 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, troopers say.

According to the KSP, Dingess is described as a white man standing 5’11” and weighing approximately 190 pounds, with blue eyes. Troopers say Dingess has been diagnosed with diabetes and requires insulin.
