Fatal crash caused major backup on I-15 from Salt Lake City to Lehi
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — All lanes were closed on I-80 Eastbound to Northbound at the I-15 entrance after a fatal rear end collision on Wednesday morning, according to Utah Highway Patrol (UHP).

Officials have opened up all of the lanes after traffic was backed up all the way from Salt Lake City to Lehi, disrupting morning commute. UHP said that a red Jeep hit a black Dodge pickup around 7:38 a.m. The driver of the Jeep died in the crash.
