Mid-summer heat is expected in Acadiana for the next several days along with a quiet weather pattern. Temperatures are in the lower 70s this morning followed by highs near 93° today. The humidity will make the air feel closer to 100° during the hottest part of the day. Unlike yesterday, we are not forecasting any rain chances.
Shower and storms activity looks very limited for the next 1 to 2 weeks as temperatures stay slightly above normal.
