District Attorney Scott Perrilloux said that Judge Brenda Bedsole Ricks sentenced Marc Rager Sr., 67, on Wednesday.
Rager pleaded guilty to 120 combined counts of aggravated crimes against nature, second-degree rape, and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
The case began in July 2024, when Walker Police began an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct. Perrilloux said investigators gathered evidence that included DNA, a video, and recorded statements, showing Rager had been sexually abusing a juvenile under the age of 13 for nearly two years.
Assistant District Attorney Greg Stahlnecker Jr. prosecuted the case. He asked the court to order Rager to undergo physical castration after detailing the disturbing crimes, according to Perrilloux.
