According to the Clovis North Educational Center Administration, Clovis Unified Police, in conjunction with Fresno Police, investigated a potential threat made against the school on social media.
Following their investigation, school officials confirmed there was “no credible safety threat” to the school as the source responsible for the post was not the person shown in the circulated photo.
Clovis North says the incident originated outside of Fresno County, and the person responsible will face appropriate legal consequences.
School officials advise parents of students who hear about the post to reassure them that the incident has been fully investigated and addressed at its source.
