SLIDELL, La. (WGNO) — A Slidell man was accused of various sex crimes on Monday, Sept. 8.
According to the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, 23-year-old Marc Ploesser is facing 27 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material under the age of 13 as well as one count of sexual abuse of an animal.
The AG’s office said Ploesser was arrested following a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, the Slidell Police Department and the Covington Police Department.
Ploesser was initially transported to the Slidell City Jail and later to the St. Tammany Parish Jail for booking.
