Residential permits
Four new residential building permits were issued. Two went to JCT Ventures for properties at 411 and 415 Locust St., each valued at $170,000. A residential remodel permit was issued to Chris and Emily Floyd for their property at 1802 Brentwood Dr., valued at $286,373. A residential addition permit was issued to Pam Ezell for her property at 1021 Spring St., with a construction value of $20,000.
Residential accessory permits
One residential accessory structure permit was issued to Bobby Marston for a property at 1104 Ramble Ln., valued at $3,178.40.
The total construction valuation for all permits issued in August was $5,266,036.40, with $11,203.46 in fees collected.
