According to officials from the Tipp City Police Department, the crash happened at approximately 9:30 p.m. near the football stadium on Parkwood Drive.
Multiple people called 911 after the crash. One caller said the teen was alert, sitting on the street and speaking with a teacher and a group of people after the crash with the white vehicle.
One caller said the teen’s head was swollen and she had cuts on her elbows and knees from the crash.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene.
The teen was taken to a nearby hospital for her injuries.
