On September 2, around 2 a.m., officers were called to the 1700 block of Tacoma Avenue for reports of a man violating his pretrial release agreement.
Fisher was taken to Swedish American Hospital for self-inflicted injuries, according to court records.
While authorities were putting the suspect in a bed for further examination, Fisher kicked an officer in the groin, court documents show.
The officer almost vomited due to the attack, according to court records.
Fisher was restrained soon after.
He is charged with aggravated battery of a peace officer, resisting an officer, obstruction, disorderly conduct and violating pretrial release.
