MARSHALL, Texas (KTAL/KMSS) — Highway 31 at Airport Road in Marshall is shut down due to a crash.
Marshall Police are on the scene and turning vehicles around.
A KTAL viewer sent pictures of the scene.
Multiple police cars and ambulances are on-site blocking the intersection.
An August 6 crash at the same location also shut the road down.
