Overturned semi slows traffic on I-65 on south side

INDIANAPOLIS — An overturned semi slowed the Friday morning commute on Indy’s south side.

According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the two right lanes of southbound I-65 are closed near mile marker 105.9. That’s near the I-65 and I-465 exit ramp.

Multiple emergency vehicles were at the scene. A trailer was on its side and traffic was moving slowly in the area.

Both the eastbound and westbound I-465 ramps to I-65 have closed.
