Deputies: possible hit-and-run causes death in Jo Daviess County

JO DAVIESS COUNTY, Ill. (WTVO) — A possible hit-and-run crash leaves one person dead in Jo Daviess County, deputies reported.

Officers said the incident took place on Highway 78, just west of Warren city limits, after 9 p.m. on August 28.
