Sixtiesmania: Authentic 60s tribute hits Shreveport’s Strand

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Sixtiesmania – A Journey through the Sixties is coming to the Strand Theatre on September 12 at 7:30 p.m.

The Las Vegas-based group is one of America’s top sixties tribute bands and has taken its show to venues and events around the world.

From the Hard Rock Cafe in Bali and the Hong Kong Jockey Club to the Calgary Stampede and the International Bay Run Festival in New Zealand, Sixtiesmania has played for multitudes.

Everything from songs about Vietnam to the Summer of Love, The Beatles and Monkees to the Rolling Stones and Creedence Clearwater Revival. The group covers all of your sixties favorites.

The group will bring their authentic, custom-made suits from England, a multimedia backdrop, costume changes, vintage instruments, and a catalog of more than 250 songs to Shreveport for an unmatched throwback show.
