
Officers say they arrested 36-year-old Chong Lee. He is accused of being the one responsible for 31-year-old Cecil Deloney’s death.
On Aug. 19, just before 4 p.m., officers found Deloney unresponsive on the roadway, with a stab wound to his upper body. Deloney was transported to a local hospital for treatment, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Further investigation revealed that Deloney was being chased on foot by multiple suspects and then assaulted on the roadway. During the attack, police say one of the assailants inflicted a fatal stab wound on Deloney.


Lee was arrested on Aug. 22, and the police department says he was officially charged with murder on Tuesday.
