The Minnesota State Patrol said a Michigan man was killed Tuesday after his semi-truck left the highway and rolled.
Craig Alan Goring, 52, was driving north on Highway 42 in Wabasha County when authorities said his semi left the roadway and rolled just before noon.
Goring was declared dead at the scene. The State Patrol was unable to confirm whether he had been wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
