Man arrested in connection to Morton bank robbery

MORTON, Miss. (WJTV) – Morton police announced a man was arrested in connection to a bank robbery.

According to police, James Miller, 25, was arrested on 7th Street around 5:00 p.m. on August 26, 2025, by Morton officers and agents with the FBI.

Miller was wanted in connection to the robbery that occurred at Priority One bank on August 25, 2025.

Investigators said they executed a search warrant at Miller’s home where several items were found that led to his arreset.

Miller is expected to appear in court on August 27, 2025.
