Morgan was arrested in January 2023 after an undercover investigation.

He was sentenced to 40 years in prison without probation or parole for the second-degree rape charge, two years for the production of pornography charge, and 10 years for the possession of pornography involving juveniles charge. All three charges will run concurrently with credit for time served.

Morgan must also register as a sex offender after his release.

“Not only are we taking them off the streets, we’re locking them away as well. I’d like to thank our investigators and prosecutors for their hard and tireless work on this case. Christopher Morgan is a disturbed and sick individual, and now he likely will spend the rest of his life in prison like he deserves,” said Attorney General Liz Murrill.
