SAINT GEORGE, Utah (ABC4) — A 19-year-old man is in the hospital after being shot in St. George Sunday.
Units responded to the area of 1100 North Bluff after receiving a 911 call around 2:10 p.m. reporting that a 19-year-old male had been shot, according to the St. George Police Department.
The victim was treated on scene and transported to the hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance. He is receiving further treatment at this time.
The suspect has been identified and taken into police custody. St. George Police have no reason to believe there is any further threat to the public.
The case remains active and ongoing.
