Man dies after falling into Lake Michigan while riding jet ski
CHICAGO (WGN) – A man died Thursday afternoon after falling into Lake Michigan while riding a jet ski.
Chicago police said the incident happened at around 4 p.m. in the 900 block of East Grand, near Navy Pier.
A 52-year-old man was riding a jet ski and fell into the water. The Chicago Fire Department’s Marine Unit later recovered the man and took him to Northwestern Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No other information was released and Area Detectives are investigating.
