The suspects, identified as Timothy Tyler Jr., Timothy Courtney, and Tniya Bass, were arrested following a police chase that ended at Pine Square Apartments.
Police said the victims were robbed at gunpoint after stopping their vehicle to retrieve a cellphone. The suspects emerged from a nearby house, demanded the victims exit the car and took their belongings before retreating into the home.
Bass was seen allowing the suspects into the house. Photographic lineups confirmed Tyler and Courtney as two of the offenders, police said.
On Aug. 20, detectives observed the suspects leaving the house on Prescott Road. When officers attempted to stop their vehicle, the suspects fled, eventually stopping at the apartment complex on Dougherty Drive.
Bass was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact and resisting an officer. Tyler Jr. and Courtney were charged with armed robbery, use of a firearm, resisting an officer and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
The investigation remains ongoing.
