Officers said Kinnett was last contacted on Jan. 21, and was spotted by family members 10 days later on Jan. 31.
Kinnett’s whereabouts remained unknown until he was once again spotted on April 21, 2025, in the 1800 block of South Komensky Avenue, in North Lawndale on the West Side.
Kinnett was officially reported missing on Aug. 15, 2025.
Authorities say Kinnett, who has brown hair as well as brown and light green hair, stands 5-foot-9 and weighs around 130 pounds.
A photo provided by Chicago police shows Kinnett with shoulder-length hair, though it is unclear if that is the style currently worn.
